You agree that these terms will be applicable to you if you download or use the app; as a result, you should carefully review them before using the app. You are not permitted to reproduce or modify our trademarks in any way, or any portion of the software. It is prohibited to try to extract the app's source code, as well as to attempt to translate the app into other languages or create derivative works of it.
The program itself remains SecurityFist's property, as do all related trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights. The goal of SecurityFist is to make the software as effective and beneficial as feasible. Because of this, we reserve the right to alter the app or impose fees for using its features whenever we see fit.
The app or its services will never be charged to your account unless you are fully aware of what you are getting. To deliver our service, the ExceedMobileAppTM app stores and processes personal data that you have submitted to us. You are in charge of keeping the app and your phone secure. In order to avoid software restrictions and limits imposed by your device's official operating system, we advise against jailbreaking or rooting your phone. It might damage your phone's security measures, leave your device open to malware, viruses, and dangerous programs, and it might prevent the ExceedMobileAppTM app from functioning correctly or at all.

You should be informed that SecurityFist disclaims liability for a variety of situations. The app will need to have an active internet connection for some of its features. If you don't have access to Wi-Fi or have used all of your data allotment but still need a connection, SecurityFist is not responsible for the app not functioning properly. The connection can be Wi-Fi or provided by your mobile network operator.
The terms of the contract with your mobile network carrier will still be in effect if you use the app outside of any Wi-Fi hotspots. Your mobile service provider may consequently charge you for the cost of data for the time that you were connected while using the app, or you may experience other third-party modifications. If you use the app outside of your home area (i.e., region or nation) without turning off data roaming, you may be held liable for any resulting modifications and roaming data fees. Please be aware that we presume you have permission from the bill payer to use the app if you are not the one paying the bill for the device on which you are using it.
In a similar vein, SecurityFist cannot always be held accountable for how you use the app, therefore you must take care to keep your device charged; if it runs out of energy and you are unable to switch it on to use the service, SecurityFist cannot be held accountable.
Regarding SecurityFist's liability for your use of the app, it's critical to remember that, despite our efforts to keep it current and accurate at all times, we do rely on outside sources to supply information to us so that we may make it available to you. If you rely only on this functionality of the app, SecurityFist disclaims all responsibility for any loss—direct or indirect—you may incur as a result.
We might want to upgrade the app at some point. The app is now accessible on Android and iOS. If you want to continue using the app, you'll need to download the updates because the system requirements for both (and for any more platforms we decide to extend the app's availability to) may change. In order for the program to be useful to you and/or work with the Android and iOS versions that you have installed on your device, SecurityFist does not guarantee that it will be updated on a regular basis. We may decide to stop offering the app if you commit to always accept updates when they are offered. Upon any termination, (a) the licenses and rights granted to you under these terms will terminate, unless we notify you otherwise; and (b) you must stop using the app and (if necessary) remove it from your device.

Our Terms and Conditions may occasionally be updated. As a result, you are urged to periodically check this page for updates. By publishing the updated Terms and Conditions on this website, we will let you know about any changes.
